From a Dream to a Powerhouse
Foreword
n 1971, the late Mr. Wasmī Al-Khaleeb envisioned building a large-scale pipeline construction company in Saudi Arabia. He established the organization starting with civil works, gradually growing into a large-scale civil contractor with heavy earth-moving equipment, drum trucks, diesel and petrol tankers, water tankers, trailers, and light vehicles — and a workforce of around 400 Saudi and non-Saudi employees.
To fulfill his father's dream, Bandar Wasmī Al-Khaleeb developed the CAT International with a well-experienced pipeline construction team of around 600 employees. CAT is registered with Saudi Aramco under Vendor No. 10059122, with full facilities, manpower, machinery, tools, and financial capacity to execute pipeline construction across Civil, Mechanical, E&I, Power, Energy, and Communication works — including cross-country pipelines, oil/water/gas well sites, and flow lines.
